Field to Fork Dinner
South Shore Celebration! is hosting a Field to Fork community dinner. Come and celebrate the Harvest and the flavors that call us all to the table. Share food and stories with friends and family.
Our menu is full of what the earth provides. The experience of attending a Field to Fork dinner will give one a sense of the Fall Harvest – the celebration of the earth and everything we enjoy when sharing foods season to season.
This is a BYOP - Bring your favorite plate and fork. The rest will be waiting for you to enjoy. Opinionated pallets will be pleased – food selections give one a sense of OLD WORLD FOODS rekindled by the harvest that only fall gives!
Join us, farmers, fishermen, and friends at the table…..stories and life lessons are shared long after the meal ends.

Brown Boar Farm Pulled Pork
Apple Cranberry Compote
Moonshine Maple Sauce
Fish and potato layered with seasonings
Topped with farm eggs and spices
Side of: GREMOLATA accompament
SIDES DISHES
BEETS:
Beets plated over balsamic infused sweet caramelized onions
Topped with crumbled goat cheese
Arugula salad on the side with layers of orange zest / lemon zest
And grapes in-between layers of arugula
with balsamic dressing on side
HERBED BABY POTATOES:
Seasonal baby potatoes seasoned with fresh herbs
Tossed with wedges of sweet carrots
And imported olive oil
KALE AND COLLARD GREENS AND BEANS:
Greens sautéed in olive oil-garlic-tossed into white beans that are seasoned with herbs topped with chopped tomatoes
ROASTED CARROTS w/ SPIRITED CRANBERRIES:
Poached and roasted carrots gently seasoned topped with Candied spirited cranberries
